Yes. We will buy your car even while you’re still making payments. You don’t need to pay it off first. Here’s how it works: We contact your lender for the official payoff amount. Our offer is applied toward that payoff and you get the rest. We handle paying the lender and obtaining the title.

 

  • Driver’s license
  • Current vehicle registration
  • Physical title, if you possess it
    If the lender holds the title, that is normal—the dealer will arrange the payoff and title release.
  • Lender information, including:
    • Lender’s name and phone number
    • Loan account number
    • Current payoff letter or 10-day payoff amount, if available
  • All keys, remotes, and key cards
  • Banking information or a voided check if you want to be paid by direct deposit
  • Not necessary but bonus points for service records and owner’s manual!

 

Same day, right away, if car is paid off and you have a clear physical title. Things that add time: resolving financing, paperwork issues like out-of-state title. At worst a week or two to straighten out any details and get you paid.
