Absolutely Fantastic. I mean it. I had nothing less than exemplary service. I went into the dealership to get a lease. I talked to Salesman Keith who sat down and for around 30 to 45 minutes looked at leases and went over them with me. He asked me why and I explained I had a bad car and would have excess negative equity. He said he understood and then explained that he could help and that a lease wasnt the ideal way to go. The leases that he had only had 7500 mile and 9000 mile limits. I drive on average 12000 to 14000 miles a year. So he asked how much negative equity I would have and i explained it would be between 6000 and 8000 dollars. Keith then said well I can help if you listen and are willing to look at numbers. I said of course. So we went over used cars and new cars. He said look I can get rid of most of your negative equity but you will need to purchase a new vehicle. Long story made somewhat shorter. He gave me 7000 for my trade and 6500 off the new car through the use of rebates and incentives. So that made my 13490 dollar car loan disappear and I still got the new car right at MSRP. No negative equity roll over. Keith was excellent and well mannered not pushy or obnoxious. He did more than I could ask for. Also I love my new 2019 Passat R-line.
Extremely professional and kind employees. Love the customer service and the thorough car inspection. Glad I took my car here!
My experience was great. They were very responsive. I recommend. JB
We love our new Tiguan. Sammy and everyone at University Volkswagen were great to deal with! We would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about a new VW...Or a "like new" beautiful 2017 VW beetle convertible...which we traded ? -- just ask for Sammy!
The Sales far exceeds my expectations and friendliest representatives to assure my satisfaction. Kudos to Matt for making my transition smooth when I had a total loss of my other car. First ever own a VW and look forward for many more ahead with them.
Great customer service got me in and out quickly and got me the car I wanted with little pain to my pocketbook
