If you are waiting in the lobby
You will receive a call or text within 45 minutes.
If you are dropping off your vehicle
You will receive a call or text within 2 hours.
If you dropped off your vehicle after 3 P.M. the previous day
You will receive a call or text by 10:30 A.M. the next business day.
If your vehicle is here for a long-term service job
You will receive updates at least weekly.
At service write-up
You will receive contact information and a text so you know how to reach us.
